Special contracts under the Indian Contract Act, sale of goods, and the law of partnership and limited liability partnership.

Paper II

Family Law – II (Muslim Law and Other Personal Laws)

Muslim personal law on marriage, dower, divorce, maintenance, parentage, gifts, wills and waqf, together with the Special Marriage Act and Christian personal law.

Paper III

Constitutional Law – II

Union and State organs, the judiciary, centre-state relations, trade, services, elections, emergency and the amending power including the basic structure doctrine.

Paper IV

Law of Crimes

General principles of criminal liability and selected offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, read with the corresponding Indian Penal Code provisions.

Paper V

Law of Evidence

Relevancy, proof, burden, estoppel and witnesses under the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, read with the corresponding Indian Evidence Act provisions.
