Constitutional history, salient features, citizenship, fundamental rights, directive principles and fundamental duties.
Paper IV

Law of Torts including Motor Vehicle Accidents and Consumer Protection Laws

General principles of tort, vicarious and strict liability, specific torts, motor accidents, remedies and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Environmental Law
